Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, our Support Team is here to assist you. You may return or exchange a product within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:
- Unmodified and unused products in their original packaging.
- Damaged products caused during transit.
- Incorrect item received due to a fulfillment error.
Notice:
If the product was purchased over 30 days ago, or has been modified, soldered, damaged, or altered in any way from its original state, we reserve the right to deny the return or exchange.
Full Return and Exchange Guidelines:
- All return and exchange requests must be initiated within 30 days of purchase by completing the return request form.
- Authorization from our Support Team is required before sending back any product.
- All returns and exchanges must include all original parts, accessories, and packaging. Returns may be denied if received incomplete or in damaged condition.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
- Returns and exchanges may take up to 2 weeks to process, not including transit times.
- Exchanges are only for the same item. If you need a different product, a return must be processed first, followed by a new order.
- Orders older than 30 days are only eligible for replacement or store credit.
- We reserve the right to limit support and deny returns or exchanges for items purchased over 30 days ago, clearance items, outdated versions, or products that cannot be restocked.
- Modified items will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We cannot guarantee returns or exchanges for modified products.
- Please refer to the Technical Guide for safety instructions before handling or returning an item.
- If the return is due to a manufacturer defect or an error on our part, RBDIMMER will cover return shipping costs.
- For the best service and to minimize the risk of loss or damage, we recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost packages sent without tracking.
